You better believe it! Research has shown that most people tend to use more detergent than they need. This sometimes leaves your clothes with residue or bad smells. Our detergent is super easy to use and you won't make the mistake of using too much. It's also tough on stains and odors just like liquid detergent but without all the nasty chemicals. Our detergent has also gone through stain removal testing by SGS to evaluate product performance and to ensure there are no toxins.

And unlike detergent pods, you can use a smaller portion for hand washing or small loads without creating a mess or wasting excess detergent.

Pre-treating stains with laundry detergent sheets is super easy. 

1. Cut a piece of the laundry sheet that's large enough to cover the area and place it on top of the stain.
2. Slightly wet to dissolve.
3. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
4. Wash as usual.

Let's be honest, doing laundry sucks, but buying your laundry detergent shouldn't. Our subscription offers a way to essentially set and forget so that you never run out of laundry detergent. You choose the frequency of shipments and can skip, pause, or cancel on your account dashboard. Please reach out at hello@seasofaction.com if you have any questions or need help.

Before canceling your subscription, know that you can login to your account and adjust your shipments as needed. You can skip, change frequency, pause, change scents, etc. You have full control of how and when you receive your shipments.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. You will receive a notification email three days before each shipment goes out. And on the day of delivery you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription or want to change frequency, you can easily manage it through your account page.

Your order confirmation emails will also have links to your order and account dashboard. You can manage your subscription from there.

Please note that canceling your subscription will only prevent future orders from processing and will not affect any orders that have already been charged or processed in the past.

Subsequent subscription shipments, following your initial order, are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation after they have been shipped.

2. You will now be on your 'Subscriptions' page where you can:

• Edit the frequency of the subscription
• Update the scent for future shipments
• Update payment information, or
• Pause and resume subscription
• Cancel the subscription

Yes, for orders above $15. Economy shipping is applied to all domestic orders including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and you can upgrade to Standard for faster delivery.

Currently we ship to the United States and non-contiguous (Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the other U.S. territories, and Canada. But are looking to update very soon and offer more international shipping.

Please contact us if your product is damaged or you're not satisfied with our product for any reason. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your original payment method. We can only refund the original payment method.

Our USA customers will receive their order via USPS from our warehouse in Illinois within 2-6 business days. We use existing USPS shipping routes because this is the shipping method with the smallest carbon footprint. Our international customers can expect their order to ship and arrive within 7-13 days. It can be faster depending on your location. Some international orders may be delayed in customs processing. Seas of Action products are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in Vernon Hills, Illinois.

As a company that cares about our environment and wants to help and minimize our carbon footprint, choosing a partner that shares these same values was very important to us. We partnered with Sendle who offers a 100% carbon neutral delivery service. 

Sendle calculates the highest amount of carbon that could be generated by any given package send. This generates a carbon yield number. Using that number as a guide, they use a portion of each package cost to fund sustainability projects via South Pole.

That partnership enables them to support genuinely world-changing initiatives aimed at preserving and regenerating natural ecosystems, whether it’s restoring endangered rainforest habitats or providing clean water access for communities in Africa. By doing so, they ensure that all Sendle deliveries have a net carbon footprint of zero. Actually zero!

Yes! Our mission is to provide products that eliminate single-use plastics and help our earth. Ensuring that we eliminated the need to package in plastic was very important to us. We use a recyclable package with the smallest cardboard mailer possible without packing peanuts, fillers, plastic, etc. Only recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials are used. We’re also working on creating a mailer box that serves as the packaging to reduce package waste even further.

And we'll never use single-use plastics in our packaging or shipments. We also stay away from using high-density polyethylene which is often used for liquid laundry detergent jugs. Not only do they release a high amount of chemicals into the air during manufacturing, but another sad fact is that less than 6% of plastics are recycled in the U.S.

The majority of cleaning products come in single-use plastic containers. These containers are often made of non-biodegradable materials and will persist in the environment for a very long time. A sad reality is that globally, only 9% of plastic waste is recycled while 22% is mismanaged. Over time, plastic packaging can break down into tiny particles called microplastics, which can be harmful to marine life and may enter the food chain, potentially affecting human health. The best way to minimize plastic pollution is to find more sustainable alternatives to plastic packaging, such as biodegradable materials, glass, metal, or paper-based packaging, and improve recycling infrastructure.
